Job Summary: Here at BNO, we like to think of our Account team members as our Client compass. We look for candidates who are skilled in navigating Client projects on time, on budget and on strategy. As a Sr Account Executive at BNO, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the client’s business. You will be instrumental in ensuring that all client projects are completed on time, on budget and meet client/agency objectives. Our Sr AEs work with Project Management to coordinate agency resources for their projects and interface with the various departments and personnel that are involved in project development on a day-to-day basis.

Job Description:

We’re seeking an experienced self-starter with three-to-five years’ client service experience overall, with at least two+ years’ direct experience in advertising client service and managing projects within an agency. The ideal candidates will be proficient at note taking, writing proposals, crafting creative briefs, and delivering effective strategies to high-level clients. They should be proactive in nature and possess excellent written and verbal communications skills. Experience in executing both traditional communications as well as digital media strategies via web promotion, interactive video, search engine marketing, mobile apps, social media platforms, and blogs is a must. Experience in managing and leading internal teams and clients to deliver successful web and mobile design/development projects is a must. Successful candidates will be well organized, detail oriented and efficient at managing client budgets. 

Experience in the healthcare industry would be a plus, but the ability to lead a PM/creative/web development team is essential. Solid experience working through all channels, especially digital. Effectively direct project budgets, develop creative briefs, and execute strategy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. Comfortable and proficient presenting to clients. Strategic thinker and skilled at establishing meaningful client relationships. Enthusiastic, organized, detail-oriented and able to operate effectively in a dead-line driven environment. Job Requirements:

  • You will partner with Project Management to coordinate agency resources on a day-to-day basis.
  • You will act as primary client contact.
  • You will provide effective/timely communications to agency staff, clients, and partner agencies.
  • You will develop and present tactical briefs based on client/agency input to other Agency Teammates.
  • You will learn how to analyze campaign results, draw conclusions and proactively make 
recommendations to optimize the client’s program
  • You will learn to evaluate copy, layout/artwork, media plans and production materials against approved 
briefs and make recommendations as appropriate prior to concepts being presented to clients
  • You will Implement tactical programs through production across channels
  • You will coordinate development of estimates, billing and vendor invoices within approved budgets
  • You will liaise with peers at client partner agencies to manage process effectively and resolve conflict as needed
  • You will keep supervisor and management fully informed of account challenges and opportunities
  • You will be working hybrid / onsite in our St. Petersburg, FL Office

  • Additional relevant marketing program management experience a plus
  • Healthcare account experience preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of digital marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
  • B-to-B experience preferred
  • Knowledge of 1-2 integrated marketing expertise areas (print advertising, interactive, online/offline direct marketing, vendor management)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
