BNO’s Creative Design Internship is 10-week, entry-level position on our Creative Team, providing design support for client projects and internal marketing.

Design Intern Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create and design print and digital materials in collaboration with agency Creative Directors / Art Directors
  • Learn and adhere to brand guidelines, completing projects according to schedule
  • Use graphic design software and work with a wide variety of media
  • Make design refinements based on Creative / Art Direction
  • Agency social media analysis and creative suggestions
  • Retouch and manipulate images
  • Prepare final materials for release

Requirements

  • Hybrid / Onsite required
  • Graphic Design degree track (Seniors preferred)
  • Intermediate knowledge of layout, typography, photography, color, and graphic design fundamentals
  • Experience with InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator, Figma
  • Strong creative, analytical, and communication skill, with good attention to detail
  • Compelling portfolio of graphic design work
    • experience with print preparation
    • experience with file hygiene and organizational tools inside of Adobe programs
